You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to object to its processing or revoke the consent previously granted. To exercise these rights, submit a written request in Spanish to the address of Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V., listed at the beginning of this notice. Alternatively, you may send your request via postal mail to the indicated address, with postage fees prepaid. The request must include:

1. Identification: Your name and address or another means to receive responses.
2. Proof of Identity: Documentation to verify your identity or legal representation.
3. Details of the Request: A clear and precise description of the personal data involved.
4. Supporting Information: Any elements or documents that facilitate the location of the data.

Include your full name and handwritten signature. Your request will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of receipt.

Data Sharing and Consent

Your information may be shared with the Mexican Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público) for monthly corporate reports. If you do not express opposition to the transfer of your personal data, your consent will be deemed granted.

Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V., reserves the right to transfer personal data in its database to governmental institutions, unless the respective owners expressly oppose such sharing.

Legal Basis

This privacy notice has been drafted in accordance with Articles 8, 10, 15, 16, 17, 33, and 36 of the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Pursuant to Article 10, Section IV of the same law, personal data requested by Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V., is collected to fulfill obligations derived from a legal relationship between the data owner (the guest) and the company, specifically a lodging contract.
